Pairs Charting Pick 3 Strategy

Step 1:

Looking at the Lottery Pairs Chart (provided below), we will take a winning draw and make them into pairs.  For this example, we will use the winning draw of 295 which was drawn on 1/11/18 in Texas.  Take that winning draw and put them into pairs:

Winning draw: 295

Pairs: 29, 95, 25

Step 2:

Find the pairs on the chart and look for any pairs above and below the pairs that have hit.  In this example, you will see the highlighted pairs that have hit in Texas.

Step 3:

Take the pairs on the chart that have hit and make numbers out of them.

Take one of the pairs (for this we will use 38) and look for other pairs that have a 3 or 8 in them and combine those numbers.  Those pairs are 48, 23, 68, 78, 34, 35, 89.  To combine the numbers you will drop the first digit and use the second digit.  Be sure to eliminate any reoccurring numbers.

You will do this step for the other pairs that you have.
